Dr Detter is an Iowa State University graduate from 1982. He says, “42 years as a veterinarian and I still love what I do. Since I plan to live forever, I’ll keep seeing pets and helping where I can. So far, so good!” He and his wife have two cats at home and 1 grandpup in town, along with 4 grandchildren, all of whom keep him busy. When not involved with family, he enjoys golfing with friends and singing in the choir at church.
